Quotation and sample:

email us your inquires with our
product's ID, quantity, delivery method;

we will reply quotation/contract to you
ASAP;

you return quotation/contract to us with
signature;

we will arrange sample as your required
(buyer to pay for international
express);

you should receive the sample within one
week.
Order and Lead time:

Order: Customer is required to place
order in writing, and T/T agreed fund to
our account to confirm order.

Payment transfer: 2-3 days.

Production: require 5 -14 days for
produce the products.
Delivery:
We may arrange the shipping for all orders,
the buyer to pay all relate costs.
From the date that products are ready, you
might receive the products:

International Express: 3-5 days;

Air freight: 7-9 days

Sea freight: 14-45 days (depend on
destination, LCL/FCL, etc)
Customs clearance, Duty & Tax:

We may arrange the import processing for
Australian customers.

The buyer to pay for the Customs
clearance, duty & tax (if apply), local
charges to the destination.
Payment:

International express or air freight:
Require 100% T/T to confirm order if you
choose.

Sea freight: Require 40% T/T to confirm
order, the balance to be paid before
shipping.
